Who Charlotte Is
Charlotte Mahoney is one of the UK’s specialist UKAS accreditation consultants — an IRCA Certified Lead Auditor, CQI Practitioner (PCQI) and AIOSH member with over 10 years’ experience helping organisations achieve and maintain accreditation, certification and compliance.
Before founding QSA, Charlotte held senior compliance, business development and operational roles at Olympus KeyMed, managing European compliance projects, conducting in-field audits across international subsidiaries and leading operational improvement programmes throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa. That commercial, high-stakes background shapes everything about how QSA works — practical, evidence-led and built around real operations.
Charlotte is also bilingual in English and French, providing fluent spoken support alongside translation and publication development for international clients and projects.
